We had a wonderful stay at the Surf Shack - Impeccable 1-Bed Cottage. the accommodation was lovely and we didn't want for anything. It was a great touch to have fresh eggs, a cream tea, and a bottle of wine waiting for us. the bed was comfortable and warm, and we loved being able to sit on the sofa and watch the chickens. Shirley gave us a very friendly welcome, which we both appreciated. the location was peaceful with fantastic views of the surrounding countryside. the accommodation had everything we needed and plenty of space. It was also a great price.
Nothing negative to say. 👍.

Stayed at a place with free WiFi, a garden , and private parking. The holiday home had a fireplace, toaster, and electric kettle - I felt like a posh camper. And the towels, oh the fancy towels!
Couldn't find a personal butler to attend to my every whim. How utterly disappointing.

The value for money at this place was outstanding. The room was modern, clean, and cozy, with a nice wood burner and all the necessary supplies for a self-catering stay. The location was peaceful, surrounded by beautiful countryside, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even providing a warm welcome with scones, jam.
The hotel breakfast menu could benefit from a wider variety of options.

The accommodation had everything you could need for a comfortable stay, including basic kitchen supplies and a wood burner with firewood provided. the location was quiet and private, with beautiful views of the countryside. the hosts were friendly and helpful, even welcoming us with scones, jam, cream, fresh eggs.
Although the overall experience was enjoyable, there were a few minor issues. It would have been helpful to have a second nightlight unit covering the last few steps at the bottom of the stairs, just for added safety.
